The Commercial and Sales Department of Paanir Company acts as the customer’s representative, with the primary responsibility of safeguarding their interests. Accordingly, the following actions are carried out based on the received customer requests:
- Receiving and thoroughly reviewing customer inquiries, including tenders, RFQs, and similar requests;
- Conducting technical evaluations and feasibility studies for the requested items, followed by the submission of appropriate technical and commercial proposals;
- Acting as the internal advocate of the customer within the organization to ensure accurate and timely follow-up of all order-related processes until final delivery is achieved.
