The Engineering Design Unit of Paanir Company utilizes the latest technologies, advanced engineering software, and specialized tools tailored for the production of bearings and seals. Through a reverse engineering process, the team develops detailed part drawings and designs the associated manufacturing procedures.
This process is based on physical samples, existing drawings, and in-depth knowledge of component performance analysis. As a result, the complete manufacturing workflow for each designed part is prepared and delivered to the Production Planning Department for execution.
Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and CATIA software are utilized for precise dimensional measurement and the creation of 3D models.
If required, technical and engineering services—including CMM dimensional measurement and 3D modeling—can be performed onsite at the customer’s location. This enables timely mapping of parts during maintenance without the need to transfer them, which is critically important in the repair process.
Based on its extensive experience and expertise in designing specialized bearings, Paanir Company is prepared to offer comprehensive services in this field. Utilizing information related to the shaft, equipment, and operating conditions, data analysis is conducted prior to the manufacturing of the bearings.
