The Metallurgy Laboratory of Paanir Company tests and classifies all raw materials prior to the start of the production process based on their chemical composition and mechanical properties. Materials are accepted only upon confirmation of compliance with the customer’s specifications and requirements. Additionally, the manufactured parts undergo rigorous inspection of their microstructure and mechanical properties to ensure conformity with recognized industry standards.
To identify the material of the requested parts, if sufficient information is provided by the customer, material compliance is verified based on that data; otherwise, if a used part sample is submitted, material identification tests will be performed on the sample.
