The quality control process at Paanir Company begins with the inspection of raw materials in terms of material composition and dimensional accuracy, and continues through systematic monitoring of the production process, concluding with rigorous final product inspection and issuance of detailed quality reports. This process is executed using up-to-date control methodologies, including in-process inspection, periodic sampling, and Statistical Process Control (SPC).

The calibration and qualification of measuring instruments and production equipment are continuously verified and validated by the Quality Control Unit to ensure their proper and reliable performance.

Non-destructive testing (NDT), including ultrasonic testing and liquid penetrant inspection, is performed on 100% of the components to verify the adhesion of the bearing alloy to the backing shell, in accordance with current industry standards (ISO 4386-1 and ISO 4386-3).

All commercial, engineering, manufacturing, and quality control records are maintained under the supervision of the Quality Assurance System, enabling traceability and reuse for future production when required.

All documentation and records related to quality control are managed in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 29001:2020 standards.
