The CEO of the Knowledge-Based Part Aria Company, Niroo Panir, emphasized the importance of elites remaining in the country and said that the government should not be indifferent to the migration of elites and provide them with employment opportunities in the country.
Mohammad Khalkhali, a graduate of Sharif University of Technology, CEO of Daneshbonyan Part Aria Niroo Panir Company, appeared on the Nabz Naft news site and in an exclusive interview with our reporter, saying: Our activities include designing and manufacturing various types of industrial bearings for various industries, including oil, gas, petrochemicals, etc.

In every device that has rotational and rotating movements, there is a type of bearing. From car engines to railway industries that are of a general nature.

He clarified about the need to transfer the country’s production sector to the private sector: In the production sector, if the government is not at the forefront and transfers its management to the private sector, its performance will be better.Khalkhali added: “One of the most important tasks of the government is to train graduates. There must be a bridge between the university and the industry. Attracting students must be accompanied by setting goals. The number of educated people in the country is very large, but the industry is looking for skilled and knowledgeable technicians.”Our graduates must be professionals. Unfortunately, we currently do not have casting technicians or electric welders. In this regard, the relationship between the university and industry must be strengthened, and the more important goal is that we must also work to retain our graduates.

The CEO of the Knowledge-Based Part Company, Arya Niroo Panir, while expressing regret over the emigration of elites from the country, stated: “Most of the elites are inclined to emigrate or have mostly left the country. The factors behind emigration must be examined and their roots must be identified from a personal, individual, and social perspective. The government should not be indifferent to these people.”

Our expectation is that through employment or entrepreneurship, a stable platform for their work will be provided and the necessary infrastructure will be provided.

He added: “Creating the platform is the most important role of the government. The government and the government must support producers in accordance with their slogans and the platform for production will be stable.”

Regarding the current situation in the country, Khalkhali emphasized: “We live in a changing and turbulent period and are not even able to plan for the short term, which is a huge disaster because, unfortunately, they do not allow us to work and innovate.”

The CEO of the Knowledge-Based Part Aria Company, Niroo Panir, stated regarding the performance of the Ministry of Petroleum: “My rating of the performance of the Ministry of Petroleum is rejected due to its lack of independence. Because it has many weaknesses due to the existence of limitations.”The plan to purchase goods through a contractor is a no-brainer for most industries, and unfortunately, there is no supervision in this regard. This has led to a number of companies coming into power through relationships, which means a lack of responsibility towards the manufacturers.

Regarding the policymaking method in the country, she stated: “Unfortunately, the wrong policy is prevailing in the country. If a company progresses, they do not allow it to grow and support another group, while this wrong method prevents further progress and support.”

Regarding the strict conditions of contracts and their notes, Khalkhali emphasized: “As a knowledge-based company, we do not expect support, but at least the conditions for concluding contracts and their notes should not be cumbersome. The production sector needs security for leaps and successes.”
